Abstract

This study examines the certification of software applications and the role of programmers in customer satisfaction. It seeks to evaluate the relationship between these two factors. Twenty-two articles were examined in order to identify trends and conclusions regarding the connection between software application certification and customer satisfaction. The results demonstrate that programmers play an essential role in ensuring the integrity of systems and user security, and that their qualifications and training are vital for the effectiveness of certification and customer satisfaction. The article concludes that certifications are formal processes that foster customer confidence and that collaboration between software development companies and customers is vital to make sure the quality of software applications.
